- Non-Refundable Fees: Visa applications are 100% chargeable and non-refundable, whether rejected or cancelled by the applicant.
- Compliance with Immigration Rules: Applicants must adhere to any new rules or fees introduced by immigration authorities.
- Processing Time: Processing takes a minimum of 3-7 working days. JLT Travels is not responsible for delays or application rejections.
- Liability for Escape Reports: In the case of an escape report or absconding due to non-renewal of the visit visa, the guarantor will be liable for any fees incurred.
- Visa Transfer: If a visitor transfers their visa to employment, a copy of the new visa must be provided to JLT Travels.
- Stay Duration: Visitors must not exceed the stay duration permitted by UAE Immigration Authorities.
- Immigration Approval: Entry to the UAE is subject to immigration approval.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security cash deposit may be required on a case-by-case basis.
