1. Non-Refundable Fees: Visa applications are 100% chargeable and non-refundable, whether rejected or cancelled by the applicant.

2. Compliance with Immigration Rules: Applicants must adhere to any new rules or fees introduced by immigration authorities. 

3. Processing Time: Processing takes a minimum of 3-7 working days for Normal/Outside Visa Applications. JLT Travels shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by immigration authorities.

4. Liability for Absconding or Overstay: In the event that the Second Party absconds or overstays their visa, they accept full responsibility for any penalties (According to Immigration absconding charges may vary), legal consequences, or costs incurred as a result of such actions. This includes paying any overstay fines and, if applicable, the cost of a one-way ticket for deportation. 

As per the latest overstay update from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs Dubai – ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY IS STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED by the immigration, therefore no overstay will be permitted and thepassenger will be absconded without prior notice. In the event that the Second Party absconds or fails to comply with UAE immigration regulations, the Second Party shall be solely responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal charges incurred. Additionally, the Second Party agrees to pay an absconding fee of AED 2700 to the First Party to cover administrative and legal costs associated with the case. 

5. Visa Transfer: If a visitor transfers their visa to employment, a copy of the new visa must be provided to JLT Travels. 

6. Stay Duration: Visitors must not exceed the stay duration permitted by UAE Immigration Authorities. One-way ticket departure if the customer absconds shall be provided by or charged to the Second Party or passenger caught by CID or any authorities due to any illegal act.

7. Immigration Approval: Entry to the UAE is subject to immigration approval.

8. Security Deposit: The Second Party agrees that a refundable security deposit may be required, and that the deposit will be forfeited in the event of an overstay or violation of UAE immigration laws, regardless of whether the overstay fine is paid. 

9. In case of non-payments JLT TRAVELS SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP, LLC has right to proceed with legal proceedings as per UAE.

10. All Kinds of Refund: Refund processing for all service types is estimated to take between 7 to 15 working days,beginning from the date the refund request is received. Upon verification and reflection of the refund in the internal system of JLT TRAVELS SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC, the full amount will be credited to the designated bank account of the Second Party. If the service application has not been submitted or issued, any cancellation request will be subject to approval and will attract a non-refundable administrative fee of AED 30. 

11. In case of non-payments JLT TRAVELS SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP, LLC has right to proceed with legal proceedings as per UAE.

12. Additional Documentation: Additional documents may be required depending on individual circumstances.

13. Rest all terms and conditions remain unchanged as per the agreement.
